Soft Caramel Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 C. Butter 2 cubes
  • 2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. Light Corn Syrup
  • 1-1/3 C. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 5 Quarts Popcorn

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, stir well.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
    Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
    Stir until a softball stage. (It is a thick creamy & light colored.)
    Remove from heat and add vanilla & pour over popcorn.
