Chinese Noodle Casserole

Hamburger, Rice, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Onion and Crunchy Chow mein Noodles make up this easy delicious casserole.

- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 2 C. Un-cooked Rice cook according to package directions
- 2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Can Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder more to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Season Salt more to taste
In a pot add hamburger, garlic powder, season salt.
Preheat oven to 350°
Add onion to hamburger and cook until translucent and hamburger is no longer pink.
Add Cream of Mushroom Soup, Milk, Worchestershire sauce, mix together until creamy
Add mushrooms or any other vegetable of your choice.
Add Cooked rice to the creamy mixture and combine.
Put into a casserole dish add crunchy chow mein noodles to the top.
Bake for 40 minutes until heated through.
