Make this super cute and easy three-tier tray using thrift store cake pans, a dollar store rolling pin, glues and white spray paint!

I have an addiction to repurposing things. To make something out of nothing. The hunt for the perfect cake pans to make this three-tier tray for my bathroom began! I was so excited when I finally found some!

I L.O.V.E with how it turned out!

I am one of those people who do not like anything cluttering up my cabinets, and if it has to be out, it has to be cute! This is both functional and cute! A total win…win!

the supplies

  • Spray Paint – White Rustoleum 2X coverage
  • Dollar Store Rolling Pin, cut into 3 pieces
  • Glue Gun / Sticks
  • E-6000
  • Saw to cut rolling pin
  • Thrift Store Cake Pans

I “eye-balled” how far apart I wanted my pans to sit. I cut the rolling pins to the size I wanted with my saw.

Next, I glued the bottoms of the rolling pin to the e6000 and used some hot glue to help it hold. Fast.

Once I had it glued together, I took it outside and spray painted it. waited for it to dry…and then I could fill and decorate it.

what is in the tray?

  • Toothbrushes
  • Toothpaste
  • Floss picks
  • Q-tips
  • Cotton balls
  • Extra washcloths
  • bandaids
  • Girly things::ahem::

I made a cute farmhouse sign to sit at the bottom of the tray. This saying tho!

If I were to break down the price of this tray to make, the cost would be a whopping $5.50!

Not too bad!

Rae Dunn and the 4th of July!

I Love the 4th of July!

It represents so many wonderful things!

Our freedom, our beautiful country and unity!

Seasonal Decor is a must for my tier tray. Seeing these little pops of cuteness around my home just really makes my heart so happy!

It’s the little things, right?!

Here in Utah we also celebrate pioneer day on the 24th. I love that I get to leave my decor up just a little bit longer.

I seriously love the colors that this decor brings to my home, and all that it represents!.

Rae Dunn and patriotic decor a double win! The knomes are some of my favorites!

I bought the little sign from Dollar Tree and did a makeover on it! I used Waverly chalk paint. Oh. My. Gosh! Best paint ever! Dries fast, and is thick so you don’t have any see-through!

I cut the word “freedom” in the SKINNY FONT, and cute little star web dings all from black vinyl and applied them. Super simple and Rae Dunn inspired!

I shopped my house and added wicker balls, the greenery ball, the metal stars I have had in my decor for a while. The straws are from Walmart and Dollar Tree.

The flags are from Walmart they were three to a package for $1.97. The decor in the pour jar is from a thrift store.

I love how this all came together! Happy Fourth to all of you!

Do you have a three tier tray that you decorate seasonally?

I LOVE shopping at Dollar tree! You can’t beat $1.00, right!?!? I’m kinda picky on things I buy, and let’s face it, some of the things there just need a good makeover!

I saw a few people on you tube do these moss bunny heads, and of course they were so cute and totally farmhouse-y that I had to try to make some.

You guys! They turned out so dang cute! LOOK!

These bunny heads were covered with that white pipe cleaner stuff, little jewel plastic eyes, and were definitely needing a makeover. The plastic “cage” part was the only thing I needed from the bunny head.

supplies needed from the dollar store

  • Reindeer moss
  • Bunny head
  • Newspaper
  • Glue gun
  • Glue sticks
  • Jute

First I took everything off the bunny. Next, I opened up the plastic case part and stuffed some news paper in it. I tied the head back together with some jute.

Then…hot glued and mossed the bunny head!

It was so Simple. Messy. Oh, so cute! A great tip for the moss is to put it in an empty box and then “moss the head over it!

I want to see, if you do it!
