Saturday! I have a great recipe to share today!
This Spaghetti is not just a ordinary spaghetti, it is Upside-Down Spaghetti! That means it is creamy….cheesy… yummy from top to bottom! This is My Pretty Princess’ favorite meal! When she could first start telling me what she wanted to eat she would always say..”Sketti.” When I let her choose what we are having..It is ALWAYS spaghetti! This is really a great dinner. When I make this I usually will make it with the Parmesan Rolls which are her fave’s too! Getting her to eat salad…sometime kinda hard she can be pretty picky! I won’t make you wait any longer….
This is what you’ll need to make yourself some….UPSIDE-DOWN SPAGHETTI !
1 (8oz.) Box Cream Cheese
1 (16oz.) pkg. Cooked Noodles
2 Spaghetti Sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 C.Grated Cheese
1 lb. Hamburger
1 Onion (diced)
1/2 Package Sliced Mushrooms or Canned
Season Salt to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Brown Hamburger add season salt, garlic powder, diced onion and mushrooms. Continue cooking until onion and mushrooms are soft. Boil noodles. Next add spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar to the browned hamburger and veggies. Let sauce cook on med heat for at least another 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. After the noodles are boiled and drained add them to the sauce . In a 9X13 pan spread the cream cheese on the bottom, pour the spaghetti mixture on top of the cream cheese. Add the shredded cheese to the top and bake @ 350 degrees {uncovered} until the cheese is melted. {About 30 minutes}
