Did you all have a great weekend? This weekend was General Conference. We watched it and then because hubby has been itching to buy a new Jeep Wrangler
{Me I love my old Jeep Cherokee and NO payment!}
we made our way to the local Jeep dealership…boy, I forgot how much time can be spent at a dealership! Geesh!
We just looked… but they were doing their jobs and trying to sell to us!
Anyway, we’ll see what happens!

We are having Teriayki Chicken AGAIN! The hubby L.O.V.E.D. it!
He wanted to take the leftovers, but he found out in the morning when he went to get it out of the fridge Pretty Princess ATE IT later that night after dinnerr!
Yes, he really was kinda sad! He was looking foward to the leftovers!
So, when I asked him to help me decide what to have this week for dinner,
He said” Ooh, I really liked that Teriyaki Chicken!”
Last week I made it into a Teriyaki rice bowl, this week it’s gonna be a salad!
I really wanted to share this recipe, but I didn’t take any pictures.
I will take pictures and add them to this post later!
Teriyaki Chicken
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
5-8 Chicken breasts
Mix all together in a saucepan,bring to a boil. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 for an hour or until tender.
Make it…I promise you’ll like it!
