A Lazy Day….

Holy Schmoly….We have snow! 

I made the The Best French Toast EVER! from Kimba @ A Soft Place To Land.

This is the only way I make it for the hubs now!

He is a S.E.R.I.O.U.S french toast lover and this has become his most favorite.
He was in HEAVEN!

So, here’s the part where I confess of my laziness.

The weather change inspired me to be lazy. Yep, it’s the snow’s fault! I stayed in my jams all day yesterday (Saturday!)

AND after breakfast I didn’t even clean up, I was thinking of my Mom….

She taught us to clean up as we go and not leave a mess..but today was an exception

  Yep,I was being LAZY!  L.A.Z.Y.

At about 6:30 when.Pretty Princess came home with a couple friends

I asked them if they wanted Grilled Cheese Sammies with fries…
(You know, cause the griddle was already out still from breakfast)
The reply was no! Of Course it was!
They all wanted their most requested dish…RAMEN noodles. so Ramen it was for them and hubby got leftovers…he chose salsa and chips and a protein shake for dinner…me I ate some Cheese Crisps (from Costco) which by the way, are the bomb! They are so yummy!

Ha, hubby just asked if I did any laundry today..
Nope, Guess he needs some clean clothes…

Lazy day over….

Have you ever tried Garlicy mashed Cauliflower? It’s a new recipe I’m going to try this week, I’ll be sure to take some pics and share the recipe. It’s supposed be like mashed potatoes. 

Hmmm…we’ll see about that!
